Steele Creek 2 Story Model

I was channeling my inner neutral girl in this latest model home. Beiges and greys mixed with silver and gold metalics are the theme downstairs in this large two story.

I love the gold, acrylic and glass bar cart from Living Spaces and the diamond motif wood console also from LS.

 The adjacent kitchen just has a pop of color but mostly still neutral.

Another of my favorite furniture piecec from Living Spaces is this metal cabinet from The Joanna Gaines Magnoilia Collection.

I brought some soft blues in for the primary bedroom and bath for a "spalike" feel. 

This plan has two bedrooms down which I staged as a guest bedroom...

Upstairs things get a little more FUN! A blend of two existing model homes came together to create this colorful movie space.

Off of the gameroom, this boys bedroom continues the color scheme but with a cool skateboarding theme.

I used a large canvas of a cityscape that you might not typically find in a teen's bedroom but I thought it almost looked like a full sized mural across from the bed taking up almost the entire wall. 

In a girl's room, the closet is just as important as the room! Just what it needs, faux flowers on the wall and pink hangers of course.
